Refund policy
The customer is required to inspect the delivered artworks immediately upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered artwork is incorrect, defective, or incomplete, the customer must notify WONDERBYWOOD of these issues in writing immediately, and before returning the item. Any defects or incorrectly delivered artworks must be reported to WONDERBYWOOD in writing no later than 8 working days after delivery.
Returns must be made in the original packaging (including accessories such as the hanging system, etc., and accompanying documentation) and in new condition. Use of the item after discovering a defect, damage occurring after detection of a defect, encumbrance, and/or resale after detection of a defect will render the right to complain and return void.
If the customer's complaint is deemed justified by WONDERBYWOOD, the company will, at its discretion, either replace the artwork free of charge or reach a written agreement with the customer regarding compensation. In such cases, WONDERBYWOOD's liability shall always be limited to no more than the invoice amount of the artwork or, at WONDERBYWOOD’s discretion, to the maximum amount covered by its liability insurance in the relevant case.
Any liability on the part of WONDERBYWOOD for any other form of damage is excluded, including (but not limited to) additional compensation in any form, reimbursement of indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits.
