Every piece is made by hand in the Bussum atelier after ordering. Allow around 15 working days for the Netherlands and the EU. As soon as your order ships, you receive a track & trace by email. Bespoke pieces are always delivered by arrangement.

Yes, with Foss. A few Foss sets and individual objects are always in stock at the atelier in Bussum: order online and choose Pick up at checkout, and your order is usually ready the same day. Prefer delivery? What is in stock is delivered within 48 hours in the Netherlands, free of charge. Other works are made especially for you, in around 15 working days. Every artwork comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity, an easy-to-use french cleat hanging system with clear instructions, and transport-proof packaging. On the back, metal U-profiles are mounted that keep the work permanently flat and absorb the natural movement of the wood.

Delivery within the Netherlands is free. For Belgium, Germany and the rest of the EU we charge €19 per order.

Orders are paid in advance; business orders by arrangement. All prices include VAT. You can pay with iDeal, PayPal, bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After that the work goes into production, because every piece is made especially for you.

Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery; return costs are €50. Contact us by email first and you will receive instructions and the return address. Send the package complete, undamaged and in the original packaging. Bespoke and personalised works are excluded from returns.

Rather be sure the work fits first? A home trial can be arranged: the work first hangs in your home for a while.

As soon as the work has returned in good order, the refund follows within 14 days via the same payment method. Depending on your payment provider it can take up to 30 days before the amount is visible.

Every work can be personalised with initials, a date or a short text, branded on the right side of the work. Mention your wish with your order or via the Bespoke art page.

With great pleasure. Every size, wood type and finish is possible. Describe your wishes as fully as possible via the Bespoke art page or email info@wonderbywood.com, with photos or sketches of the room.

Yes. Mini (± 22 cm) and Maxi (± 33 cm) hang on the same magnetic system. On the Starter Set page you choose Mini, Maxi or mixed (Trio: 1 Maxi + 2 Mini, Quintet: 2 Maxi + 3 Mini, Grande: 4 Maxi + 6 Mini), and via Foss Expansion you add individual objects later in whichever size you like.

You give a Foss Starter Set once. For every occasion that follows, a birthday, an anniversary, a milestone, you add an individual Dropi or Steinn object (from € 99.90). The recipient slides it magnetically into the composition, and over the years the wall grows along with your story.
