All pieces are handmade and packed with care. Every artwork comes with an easy-to-use French Cleat hanging system with clear instructions.

All orders are paid in full before they are processed (business orders by arrangement). All prices include VAT. Artworks can be paid via iDeal, PayPal, bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro Cards.

We ship throughout the Netherlands and Europe. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €12.50 and within the EU €49 per order.

Custom orders cannot be returned. If you decide to return the artwork(s), please contact us directly by email and let us know the reason. Within 30 days from the day you received the artwork, the complete package may be returned undamaged. (Except for custom orders.)

Once we have processed your return request, we will send you further instructions and the return address. We do not cover return shipping costs and always recommend requesting proof of postage when sending the package.

Important

Send the package with all included accessories and in its original condition and packaging. For any decrease in value that may have occurred, we may charge costs. We will contact you about this.

Once we have received the artwork in good condition, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 30 days before the amount is visible with your payment provider.

We do not cover return shipping costs and always recommend requesting proof of postage when sending the package.

Do you have a complaint about WONDER BY WOOD or about the artwork you received? We're sorry to hear that, but we're happy to help and will do our best to resolve it together!

Please note: custom artworks cannot be returned.

Artworks can optionally be personalised with personal initials, dates or a short text. The text is burned onto the right side of the artwork (on the outside of the frame). Submit your request on the Custom Made page.
