Shipping policy
A delivery time stated by WONDERBYWOOD should never be considered a final or guaranteed delivery deadline. The delivery period begins once all necessary information and payments have been received by WONDERBYWOOD. From that moment, WONDERBYWOOD will make every effort to deliver within the indicated estimated timeframe (excluding holidays and vacation periods). WONDERBYWOOD aims to deliver orders within 10 working days within the Netherlands and within 14 working days within Europe.
In accordance with the rules of distance selling, WONDERBYWOOD (the contractor) will execute orders with due diligence and at least within 30 working days (see section 6.1). If this is not possible (due to certain products being out of stock or no longer available), if there are other unforeseen delays, or if an order can only be fulfilled in part or not at all, the customer (the client) will be notified within 8 days after placing the order. In such cases, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge and without formal notice.
WONDERBYWOOD is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, regardless of the nature of the delay.
