Cancellation & Returns
Each artwork is handmade and custom-made with great care. You are very welcome to visit the atelier in Bussum to see and experience the artworks in person before purchasing. Cancellations or modifications are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. If, for any reason, the artwork does not meet your expectations, it may be returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. In case of damage, please report this within 2 days of receipt, including clear photos, so we can resolve the issue appropriately.
