About this work

The rhythm of the waves, in wood.

With Waves I wanted to hold the endless motion of the waves in a circular form. Lines rolling over one another, powerful yet calming.

Layers catch the light. Early in the day the shadows fall differently than towards evening. The round form lets the room breathe; the frequency shifts, and you can feel it.

Wood carries energy. A story. A reflection of the people who live with it.

Available in oak, walnut, beech or mahogany. Each work is made by hand and to order, and comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
